Emergency Care

During normal business hours, we are able to provide care for you and your pets when emergencies arise. However, in some cases, we may need to refer to a veterinary specialist centre or 24-hour emergency facility if ongoing care is required. 

It is always beneficial to call the clinic before arrival in an emergency – this allows us to best prepare for your arrival and the care that your animal may need. Upon arrival, your pet will be assessed by one of our team members and treatment interventions will made from there. We will aim to provide an estimate of the costs involved with your case. However, please be aware that with emergency procedures, costs can vary depending on what services and treatments are required. Our veterinarians will keep you updated regularly during the course of your pet's stay in hospital.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any out-of-hours services to our clients, as our lovely vets and nurses need rest too. In these cases, we recommend the closest emergency centres in the area; PVE in Yokine and Balcatta Vet24.
